Registration sales will end February 15, 2025 at 11:30 PM MST, and NO registrations will be accepted after that point. If you have questions regarding registration, please email treasurerwytws@gmail.com. This year's conference is subsidized by Conference Sponsorships in an effort to keep costs down, particularly for students.

Professional Member - $250
Professional Non-Member - $280
Graduate Student Member - $150
Graduate Student Non-Member - $180
Undergraduate Student Member - $50
Undergraduate Student Non-Member - $80
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All conference registrations include admittance to all oral talk sessions, panel discussions, invited speaker, coffee breaks, two optional lunches, evening poster session with light food, and banquet dinner. Optional workshop selections and field trip are additional costs. Conference registration includes ONE banquet ticket. If you are bringing a guest, please purchase an additional ticket.
If you are not a member, please consider joining to attend the conference at a reduced rate. Membership fees are $20 per year or $50 for three years. If you need to check on your membership status, a membership list (accurate as of Dec 23) is available here. All non-member registrations include a 1 year membership to WY-TWS.

When you select your conference registration type, you will be prompted to fill out a form that includes all events you will be attending. Please fill that out so we can get an accurate head count for food and drinks at each event.
HEALTH STATEMENT
WY-TWS remains committed to holding a conference amenable to the safety and health of all participants. Masking will not be required. Please do NOT attend the conference if you are experiencing any active cold or flu-like symptoms.
ACCESSIBILITY
