Conference Registration

This year's conference is subsidized by generous sponsors in an effort to keep costs down, particularly for students. Register before March 7 for the lowest price on conference registration. See the conference website for pricing details, the cancellation and refund policy, and a list of conference sponsors. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All conference registrations include admittance to all oral talk sessions, panel discussions, invited speaker, coffee breaks, two optional lunches, evening poster session with light food, and banquet dinner. Optional workshop selections and field trip may cost extra and are priced as shown. Conference registration includes ONE banquet ticket. If you are bringing a guest, please purchase an additional ticket.

If you are not a member, please consider joining to attend the conference at a reduced rate. Membership fees are $20 per year or $50 for three years. If you need to check on your membership status, a membership list (accurate as of Jan 11) is available here. All non-member registrations include a 1-year membership to WY-TWS.

When you select your conference registration type, you will be prompted to fill out a form that includes all events you will be attending. Please fill that out so we can get an accurate head count for food and drinks at each event.

If you are registering multiple people at once, please add each registration one at a time to your cart. This will allow you to fill out the registration form for each conference attendee.
